The new year is the perfect time to plan your goals for the year ahead. But committing to - and crushing - your goals isn’t always easy. That’s where manifestation comes in!

So, what does it mean to manifest? Manifestation is bringing something tangible into your life through attraction and belief, i.e. if you can dream it, you can do it. However, there is so much more to manifesting your goals than just positive thinking. Manifesting is about making everything you want to think, feel, and experience come true through actions.

These three simple ways to manifest your goals will help you take proactive steps towards what you want and turn your dreams into reality.

1. Get clear about your goals

The first step to manifesting your goals is getting clear about what you want. Whether it’s a new job, a healthy relationship, or your dream vacation, it’s important to be as specific as possible. One of the biggest reasons most people don’t achieve their goals is because they are too big or vague. The more specific the intention, the more likely you are to take action towards it. 2. Create a vision board

A vision board is a visual representation of your goals and is designed to serve as a source of inspiration and motivation throughout the year.⁠ The process of creating a vision board is all about getting clear on your vision, manifesting what you want, and understanding how you will get there. Our favorite way to create a vision board is by using the 2022 Planner. Simply print your inspiration photos and arrange them into a collage on the Vision Board section of your 2022 Planner. Having your vision board in a place where you can see it regularly will serve as a reminder of where you want to be.

3. Write it down on paper

Once you’ve set your intentions and feel clear about what you want, it’s time to write it all down. Grab your Essential Notebook or use the notes section of the 2022 Planner to write down exactly what your hopes, dreams, and goals are for the year. Take this time to yourself and remember that you are capable of anything you put your mind to. There’s no right or wrong way to manifest—it can be as simple as writing a letter to the universe or making a list of intentions.
