Sometimes exciting life changes can also mean more stress. With a recent promotion and greater responsibility, I have been trying to maintain a productive and healthy work/life balance. Now more than ever, I find myself making adjustments in both my personal and professional life to stay organized.
The mere thought of working from home often elicits fantasies of leisurely mornings, afternoon workouts, delicious home-cooked lunches, and the ever so enviable joy of no commute. While this is somewhat accurate, it’s been especially difficult to separate my work life from my home life and tackle my to-do’s. That is, until I met STIL.
"I couldn’t think of a more fitting name for this planner. As soon as I sit down at my desk in the morning, I know what I need to get done and when I need to do it. I enjoy taking time to myself to plan out each day and the whole process only takes me 20 mins using my STIL planners. Such a time saver compared to my old system!"
Whether it’s keeping track of personal appointments and reminders, or something as minuscule as wearing my retainer at night, I’ve found a few productivity hacks using my STIL planners that keep myself (and my mental wellbeing) in tip-top shape.
If you’re someone who finds it incredibly difficult to prioritize your overall health and wellness, the Wellness Planner is the planner for you. This planner has helped me stay on top of my wellness goals to help me feel like my best self. It makes it easy to dedicate time to turning inward and reflecting on my wellbeing. I love that it has sections for movement, water intake, and meal plans. But I also love that it prompts me to think about what parts of my wellness vision I want to focus on each week, and even has space for the actions and steps I want to take to make this a reality.
GET IT DONE PLANNER
This planner is the ultimate for daily task planning. The Get It Done planner covers everything from daily task planning, to the smallest details of each day. I can track work scheduling, while managing my to-do’s such as laundry, dishes, grocery shopping, and exercise. I even use the notes section to write myself reminders that pop up throughout the day.
I couldn’t think of a more fitting name for this planner. As soon as I sit down at my desk in the morning, I know what I need to get done and when I need to do it. I enjoy taking time to myself to plan out each day and the whole process only takes me 20 mins using my STIL planners. Such a time saver compared to my old system!
The sections I use the most are the 3 Most Important Tasks of the Day and then Secondary Tasks sections. There’s also a Schedule section where I’ll block out areas of my schedule for a lunchtime walk, personal appointments, and after work plans. The Get IT Done planner keeps me sane by allowing me to balance my tasks and goals for both my work life and my personal life.
If you’re anything like me, I know you’ll feel the same sigh of relief as I have at having finally found a planner system that makes sense.

It's time I re-introduce myself
My name is Marissa and I started STIL with the intention of creating a planner that worked for me, organized my life and fit my lifestyle. As a self-proclaimed pen-to-paper girl with a background in design, I found myself in 2014 on the hunt for a planner that looked professional, fit my style, and was highly functional and now here we are 7 years later.
Six ways to reduce your anxiety
We know what it feels like to be overwhelmed with life. Now more than ever it’s important to prioritize your mental health. If you’ve experienced either only mild, or severe, anxiety there are habits you can create that work towards a calmer mind.
Let's do some manifesting
We're always trying to find ways to re-inspire and reinvigorate you and your planning journey. So as we are approach the six month mark of 2021 (WOA) we thought we would help you channel some positivity into the next six months of the year through manifestation. This principle is similar to the law of attraction where a negative thought will produce a negative outcome and positive thought a positive one.
