I’m a journaling drop out. It’s hard for me to sit with a blank page and “just write”. That’s why I love this daily journal. It gives me prompts to think about my day and get me in the mindset of writing. It’s helped me form a new journaling practice.

I have tried to journal off and on for years, but never stuck to it for more than a couple of days at a time. This journal is a gamechanger though, and I just wrote my 90th entry. The prompts encourage you to be more intentional with your day, time, and energy and helped me shift my focus and thoughts into a more positive space. I also have the 12 month planner, which helps keep me organized and on schedule for busy weeks working full time, volunteering, and keeping up with my loved ones.
