I have tried to journal off and on for years, but never stuck to it for more than a couple of days at a time. This journal is a gamechanger though, and I just wrote my 90th entry. The prompts encourage you to be more intentional with your day, time, and energy and helped me shift my focus and thoughts into a more positive space. I also have the 12 month planner, which helps keep me organized and on schedule for busy weeks working full time, volunteering, and keeping up with my loved ones.
