PRODUCT INFORMATION

// Is there a return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of the item being marked "shipped". Please email us directly at hello@stilclassics.com so we can process your return. The item must be undamaged and remain in its original packaging. Refunds are only offered as store credit and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.

// What do I do if I want a refund or an exchange?

// Where are your planners printed and designed?

Our planners are designed in our beautiful Vancouver studio. They are printed and bound by a few different printers and binderies who do everything from foiling to coiling and we absolutely love working with them. They love their craft as much as we do and that's very important to us.

// Where was  the company founded?

The company was founded in 2014 in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia by Marissa Cristina.  You can read more here.

// Do you have stockists?

We currently only have a few stockists we work with in order to give you exclusivity on the products you are purchasing from us.

// Where can I get your products?

You can purchase our products from various platforms. For online purchasing, you can visit our website at stilclassics.com. If you’d like to see who stocks our products please visit our stockists page here.

// Can I receive updates about STIL?

STIL updates can be received through various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram,  and Pinterest. You can also sign up to receive our monthly newsletter below.

// Who designs  the planner?

All of the planners are designed by our CEO and Creative Director, Marissa Cristina. You can read more here.

// How long does it take to design a planner?

The design process can take anywhere from 3-5 months depending on various factors such as: sampling process, exploring different binding options, playing with different paper stocks and new foils as well as coming up with unique cover designs that allow our product to express itself and allow its users to take their own pleasure in them.

 

INFORMATION ABOUT MATERIALS

// What materials do you use?

The materials we used vary from product to product, however, the majority of the planners are created using  (paper stock names). The Metropolis Clutch is handcrafted in Mexico City and made from fine Italian leather.

// Are your stationery products eco-friendly?

Our stationery products are eco-friendly without compromising on quality. We also manufacture locally and love to support and partner up with businesses within our community! (needs work)

 

ORDER INFORMATION

// Can I make changes once I have placed an order?

You can make changes to your order within 24 hours of when your order is placed.

// How can I cancel an order I have placed?

As long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can still cancel the order. The order usually takes 24 hours to process.

// Will I receive an order confirmation by email?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email that the order has been placed and you will receive another email once the order is being shipped.

// I haven't received my order, what should I do?

PAYMENT INFORMATION

// What method of payment can I use for online purchases?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

// Do you ship internationally?

Yes, STIL ships internationally.

// How long does it take to process my order?

Processing time is anywhere from 1-3 business days depending on the day you place your order.

// How much is the customs tax?

The customs tax depends on the country that the order is being shipped to. Please check your country’s custom office to see if there are any additional costs prior to purchasing the planner.

// What shipping method do we use?

There are a few different methods we use. Our express shipping comes with tracking and our regular mail does not. There is express shipping available for all Canadian and USA orders. For all international orders, it typically takes 6-14 days to arrive at your door and regular shipping does not include tracking.

// Can I ship a gift to someone?

Yes, you can just make sure you email us before you place an order so we can include a gift note.

 

TRACKING INFORMATION

// Is there a way for me to track my order?

All express orders are given a tracking number once they are processed. You will receive your tracking number via email after your order has shipped out.
