Welcome to STIL! Getting a new planner can be a bit daunting but you'll find everything you need on this page to get started. There are a ton of different options but we suggest keeping it simple for your first time around. Please start by taking our planner quiz so we can find a few suggestions to fit your needs.
Step 1: Binder
The first thing you need to think about when you purchase a binder is what ring size you want. We offer 20mm rings and 30mm rings. A 20mm ring will fit around 6 months of planning pages and a 30mm ring will fit 12 months of planning. However, each planner insert has its own specifications on the individual product pages.
Step 2: Insert
We offer a wide variety of inserts that include things like daily planners, weekly planners, undated and dated planners as well as recipe inserts, meal planners and more. You can find all the inserts we offer below.
Step 3: Accessories
Accessories can be anything from pouches to pens. We offer things like planner stickers, dashboards, sticky tabs, ruler, page tabs and more. You can find them all under planner accessories below.

Company FAQ
Where are your planners printed and designed?
Our planners are designed in our beautiful North Vancouver studio. They are printed and bound by a few different printers and binderies who do everything from foiling to coiling and we absolutely love working with them. We print most of our products in Canada and USA.
When was the company founded?
The company was founded in 2014 in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia by Marissa Grootes.
Does STIL offer a corporate discount for bulk orders?

What is your return policy?
Returns on certain products can be requested via email. All dated planners are a final sale. If you didn’t love a product for any reason, please email us at hello@stilclassics.com.
We are happy to offer a refund for products returned within 30 days of shipping your order. We are unable to refund shipping charges.
We do not offer exchanges.
The item must be undamaged and remain in its original packaging and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
All monogrammed items are a final sale.
Can I return a monogrammed order?
Unfortunately, all monogrammed items are a final sale because they are customized just for you :)
How do you offer refunds on returns?
We offer a full refund on all products returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Kindly note, we are unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set unless the full set is returned.
All monogrammed orders are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I make an exchange?
We don't typically offer them but please email us athello@stilclassics.comwith your exchange request and we will try to help you get this set up.
Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free for all orders $100 USD or more.
How long does it take to process my order?
We offer very fast shipping! We ship daily Monday through Friday at 11am PST.
During the Holidays please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process.
Monogram orders take an additional 3-4 business days to process.
