How to Use Your Conversion Kit
Removable ring binder
Once your Conversion Kit is installed, your binder is ready for notebooks. Our new Slim Softcover Journals attach directly to the elastic cords, making them easy to add, remove, or replace whenever you finish one.
For even more flexibility, our new Hardcover Journals slide directly into the front or back cover pockets of your binder.
Together, your system can hold up to four notebooks, creating a completely customizable planning experience.
Change your ring
We're now introducing replacement rings, allowing you to swap without replacing your entire binder:
→ Gold or silver hardware
→ 20mm or 30mm ring sizes
Convert to a journal system
Simply remove the rings and install our Conversion Kit. The kit includes replacement button screws and elastic cords that transform your binder into a journal system in just a few minutes.
Choose from four elastic colors then pair them with either gold or silver hardware to match your binder.
Add journals
Once your Conversion Kit is installed, your binder is ready for notebooks. Our new Slim Softcover Journals attach directly to the elastic cords, making them easy to add, remove, or replace whenever you finish one.

Lace elastic bands
Complete your setup with our decorative Lace Elastic Bands. These elastic bands wrap around the outside of your binder, adding both style and function.

Prefer disc-bound planning?
Your removable-ring binder is compatible with disc-bound planners too. Once the rings have been removed, you can easily place a disc-bound planner inside your binder for an entirely different planning experience.
We still recommend purchasing the Conversion Kit, as it includes the correctly sized button screws that sit flush against the binder without any overhang, creating a cleaner, more secure finish, even if you choose to use a disc-bound planner.

Where are your planners printed and designed?
Our planners are designed in our beautiful Vancouver studio. They are printed and bound by a few different printers and binderies who do everything from foiling to coiling and we absolutely love working with them. We print most of our products in Canada and USA.
When was the company founded?
The company was founded in 2014 in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia by Marissa Grootes.

What is your return policy?
Returns on certain products can be requested via email. All dated planners are a final sale. If you didn’t love a product for any reason, please email us at hello@stilclassics.com.
We are happy to offer a refund for products returned within 30 days of shipping your order. We are unable to refund shipping charges.
We do not offer exchanges.
The item must be undamaged and remain in its original packaging and we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
All monogrammed items are a final sale.
Can I return a monogrammed order?
Unfortunately, all monogrammed items are a final sale because they are customized just for you :)
How do you offer refunds on returns?
We offer a full refund on all products returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs.
Kindly note, we are unable to accept returns for products sold as part of a set unless the full set is returned.

Can I make an exchange?

Do you offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free for all orders $100 USD or more.
How long does it take to process my order?
We offer very fast shipping! We ship daily Monday through Friday at 11am PST.
During the Holidays please allow up to 2 business days for your order to process.
Monogram orders take an additional 3-4 business days to process.
