Our orders take an average of 24-36 hours to process depending on the order volume.  Orders placed on or after Black Friday may be subject to additional processing time, as we are dealing with a larger amount of orders during the holidays. Your patience is appreciated.

We accept returns within 30 days of the item being marked "shipped". Please email us directly at hello@stilclassics.com so we can process your return. The item must be undamaged and remain in its original packaging. Refunds are only offered as store credit and we are not responsible for return shipping costs. 


Once an order leaves our studio, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. We take great pride in the way we package our planner so if your order arrives damaged please let us know immediately so we can send you a replacement. 


We offer some items for sale before they actually arrive at our studio from our factory. When you preorder these items, we will ship them out 2-4 business days after they've arrived and are ready to ship out. We will also make sure to send you a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once the item is on its way to you.


Please keep in mind that your monitor will display colours differently on screen and the product you receive may vary slightly in colour. In addition, we are not liable for any wear and tear that may occur to the planner after you have started using it. Please handle your planner and other products with care.
