As a small business navigating uncertain times, it may take longer to get your orders out during the holiday season. Please note that COVID-19 will be affecting all shipping timelines. We are all entering a very uncertain Holiday season so the following dates are recommendations NOT guarantees.

For Christmas deliveries, all orders must be placed BEFORE December 12th. After that we can no longer guarantee it will make it in time.

Shipping Information

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate high order volumes and delays due to COVID-19.

You will receive an order confirmation for your purchase within 24 hours. Orders typically take 1-2 business days (excluding weekends) to be processed. Please factor in this time in addition to your shipping estimates. Orders are processed Monday - Friday and no orders are processed on weekends & holidays. Please note we can only make changes or cancel your order if you reach out to us within 6 hours of placing it.

Please note that we are unable to re-route packages after orders have been shipped. Please ensure all shipping details are fully accurate before placing your order. All packages with incorrect shipping details that need to be reshipped will require a reshipment fee of $12 min as we will need to create a whole new order and label.

Although we can't always offer free two day shipping, like Amazon, we can ensure you that your package was made with the ultimate love and care.
