"The studio series workshop was awesome! We learnt photography basics for taking and editing our pics, great tips for taking photos with our iPhones and the best apps to use to make our photos pop! We have downloaded them all and we are thrilled with how much better our photos are looking. Your guest speakers were so knowledgeable about social media we just soaked it all up and we learnt so much which will help us in our new business venture. "A fairly new company, we were looking to gain tips on how we could better establish ourselves in the social media game. Marissa's workshop was a great introduction to both social and professional photography for beginners, which covered photography from both a technical and creative design point of view. We had thorough run down on how to use a DSLR, on manual, and Adobe Lightroom for pro-level photo editing. In the quick-editing tutorial, our smart phones were introduced to some of the most brilliant apps, ever.
The all-day workshop was flawlessly organized, with a finely catered lunch and wine! She was also able to bring in a round up of guests stars who shared their insight on how they reached their own social media success. It turned out to be a great networking opportunity with the crowd and a fun affair discussing the do's and tragic don'ts of social media.
Marissa has a talent for gaining traction in the social media world and it was a pleasure learning from one of the best. We feel our company's social media has vastly improved since Marissa's workshop and we look forward to Beginner II with Design Love Co.!"
