Shania has drawn and designed these templates for 8 years by hand, getting her through her 3 degrees and 5 roles. Before she starts her fourth degree in Medicine, she wanted something permanent and forever. This planner starts with space to define your quarterly goals and provides a structured approach to stay on track throughout the quarter. Each week features a comprehensive 168-hour time grid, accompanied by weekly goal-setting and a daily planning layout personally created by Shania incorporating scientific principles.

Every daily planner page includes dedicated sections for top priorities, smaller tasks, “if I can” tasks, life admin, meetings, and notes, ensuring nothing gets overlooked. The planner concludes with a detailed life audit, helping you reflect on key milestones and intentionally reconnect with your future self.

Plus, each insert contains a customer sticker sheet to inspire you to use the planner. This planner was co-designed alongside community members (by the community for the community) for the multihyphenate.
