Most of us wake up each morning facing crammed calendars and mile-long to-do lists. From the minute your alarm clock goes off, you already feel overwhelmed and spend the day trying to figure out how to accomplish your daily goals.

If you want to improve your daily routine and feel more productive, here’s what you need to do.

Go to bed and wake up early

Everyone knows that waking up early allows you to have more time to get things done. But it also gives you more time to prepare and focus on yourself before starting your day. Create a morning routine
